As an individual Consultant/Coach or as a Consulting/Coach Company the task is to research and learn about the organization’s team members as well as the leadership and current business philosophy to gather facts around procedures and processes. Find what their current human resources, market share, products and/or services currently are offered by the organization.


Listen, and gather data, through carefully design questioners, sometimes tailored to departments or even individuals, to assess not only spreadsheet facts but the believe system in the team members minds. Remembering that imposing change is never as effective as inspiring change. A guarantee that all personal opinions will be used but kept anonymous to avoid lack of transparency and as a result to be successful.
